Refund policy

When we refund

If you were charged and the credits never arrived.

If you were charged twice for the same thing.

Unused credits from a credit plan, within 14 days of buying it.

A credit spent on something the court could not deliver, such as a full judgment that was never written, is returned to your balance automatically.

When we do not refund

We do not refund because a ruling did not go your way. Spat Court is a game, rulings are written by a computer for fun, and the court may rule against you.

We do not refund credits you have already spent, except in the cases above.

How to ask

Write to us through the contact page with the email you used at checkout and the order number from your receipt. We answer within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
