Who gets the front seat when siblings argue about it?

Both at fault

The short answer

Calling it works only once you are outside. When both siblings call it badly, the court alternates trips.

How the court usually rules on this

The court recognizes the call system and enforces its usual terms: you must be outside, and on the way to the car. A call made inside, or the night before, does not count. When both siblings break the rules, the court sets a simple alternation and the dispute ends.
