- Defendant
- The boyfriend
Statement of claim
I asked him a question at 1 p.m. He read it. At 4 p.m. he posted three stories from the gym. He answered at 7 with a thumbs up.
Charge
Leaving a direct question on read for six hours while posting three stories, followed by a thumbs up
Judgment

Sentence
The defendant will answer the original question in full sentences tonight, and reply within one hour to questions for the rest of the week.
How the court usually rules on this
The court gives real weight to busy days, meetings and dead phones. It gives none to the defendant who is visibly active elsewhere. Read receipts are admissible. A short reply, even "busy, call you later", ends the offense.
