Guilty

How the court usually rules on this

The court treats the start time of a party at home as a promise that the host will be ready then, not earlier. Arriving a few minutes early is fine, and arriving a little late is customary. Arriving much earlier puts the guest inside the host's preparations. A text asking if early help is wanted turns the offense into a favor.
